If you have not received your parcel within one week please email us and we will endeavour to track your parcel with the courier or post office.
If your items arrived damaged, please email us immediately. Please be aware that to place a claim with both courier and post office you must retain all packaging, to prove your parcel was adequately packed.
If you have any other problems or queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
We cannot exchange goods if you change your mind, as they are for use with food. However, if we have sent the wrong product in error, we will remedy immediately.
What is the Best Before date on my item?
Stock with 2+ months are considered acceptable.
